Go thru the help line centres list available here and checkout the helpline centres which are near to you. You go opt for any helpline center near to you.

For 85,000 to 1,00,000 rank range, the date for Certificate verification is on 22nd July. 49 helpline centers are available throughout AP. You can attend at any helpline center which is near to you.
